PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins COOKING TIME: 10 – 15 mins
- Broccoli – 4 – 5 medium sized florets
- Garlic – finely chopped (10-12 cloves)
- Onion chopped (1 medium)
Method to Cook:
Take a spoon of ghee or butter in a frying pan or wok. Add chopped onions and garlic in it. Saute till lightly brown.
Add spinach and broccoli florets in the pan. Add a little water in it and cook for 3 – 4 minutes. Wait for this mixture to cool down. Blend it properly in a grinder till it becomes a thick puree.
Put this puree into the pan again. Add some water to dilute it. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for few minutes till it boils. Garnish it with some butter or cream and serve it hot in a bowl. Yummy Spinach Broccoli soup is ready to savour!
